How to hard reset The "Technician"
The Technician (early firmware) could be hard reset by holding the bypass switch while powering on the pedal.
In later firmware's it was changed. Go to the "Global Settings" menu and then hold both footswitches.

Do you need a repair?
You must create a user account to have your repair request accepted.
By filling out this form and sending your pedal(s) to us, you are authorizing Matthews Effects to diagnose and perform our repair procedures as found necessary.
For non-warranty repairs a $35 bench fee is required and applied towards any final cost of parts and labor.
No fee's are required for repairs covered under the standard Matthews Effects Limited LIfetime Warranty. Repairs requiring payment will not be completed without receiving payments.
