"V1__TO__V2_1__TECH_BOOTLOADER"

Once it says "file sent" assume that it was successful and then proceed to the next step. If you decide to retry this step YOU MUST REBOOT THE PEDAL and start the process from scratch. If you start this step without rebooting the pedal, especially if you have tried going to the next step, then you could cause a error that writes over the wrong part of the code.
